Detailed Guidelines

   Registration: All information provided during registration must be true and accurate, and must match your statement of results. Registrations must be completed before the announced deadline; false or late submissions may be cancelled.

   Result Verification: The organisers may verify your result slip and candidate roll number with your school or examination board before or after the ceremony.

3. 03

   Attendance: Awardees must arrive by 9:00 AM for registration and the stage briefing. Your QR registration card — printed or on your phone — must be shown at the entrance.

   Dress Code: Formal or smart formal attire is required for awardees and guests. School uniform is also welcome.

5. 05

   Photography: The ceremony will be photographed and filmed. By registering, you consent to the use of these photographs and videos in official reports and publications of the organisers.

6. 06

   Conduct: Awardees and guests are expected to maintain decorum throughout the programme, remain seated during the award sessions and follow the instructions of volunteers.

7. 07

   Changes: The organisers may change the schedule, venue or programme if necessary. Any update will be shared by SMS or email and posted on this website.
